I'm not sure what is happeing, but all of my neighbors are moving or have already left! Is it us? Even people we were sure would be here for decades are on their way out. First the people just up the hill moved on New Years, the people on the corner across the street moved, the family directly across the street is selling their house and most surprising is the house next to us just down the hill. They just put their house on the market this weekend.
So what is it about this area that's making everyong leave? I'm still working on the theories . . .

I think they're tired of your neighbors and they're trying the pied piper theory - if they leave, maybe the rats will go too, and then you'll be free to raise your family in peace.
