Issues resolved. Thanks Jennie for the help! When you go to "EDIT POSTS" on blogger, you can choose each post you want to rearrange. Towards the bottom of the screen there's a bold title Post and Comment Options. If you click on that, the time stamp thing comes up and you can change it to rearrange the order of your posts.

Your posts are organized by timestamp, with the newest ones on top. When you upload with Hello, they all end up with the same time because of the speed and get arranged somewhat randomly. If you want them in a specific order, just wait a minute before uploading the next pic so it will have a new time. By the way, I haven't found a way to edit the timestamp in blogger. The only way to rearrange them is to delete and redo.
