Well, last Tuesday, Sam went to an interview for a really great job. It will mean a larger base salary with lots of room for overtime and plenty of space for advancement in the company. The hours are great, the work is the kind that Sam loves to do and it would mean a really great change for our family. Less stress and more Daddy time for the babies!
We thought that he would be able to come home from that interview and give notice at his current job. However, it wasn't as immediate as that. Everything went very well at the interview and we expect to hear sometime today when Sam can start. But we are still waiting. And hoping. It would be lovely to be able to end this week by giving notice to Sam's current employer!
