I've decided to keep a basket. Either in the laundry room or in the baby room, I can't decide. This is where I will toss clothes that don't fit anyone anymore. Too many tiny clothes end up in drawers that just shouldn't be burdened by them.
Anyone else have any tips for keeping up with outgrown clothes?

Yup. I keep a big plastic storage box in the closet, and as they are outgrown, the ones I want to keep get put in there. When it's full, it goes into the designated storage area.
I separate out as I notice she's outgrown them and just put them in a storage box, too. A bag would be fine as well, as long as the babies can't get into it, literally. That way, you're on top of it as things are happening. By this time, though, you may just have to sit down with their clothes all around you and sort through them one by one until you're down to only the ones that fit.
