Yes! Finally!
Someone in a position to do something about it heard Joe's case and told him he was full of it! She officially dismissed the case against my sweetheart and it's all over but that last bit of paperwork.
After five years of dealing with this I can't believe it's over. I'm not complaining, mind you. It is such a heavy weight being lifted!
