My Christmas Tree has become a great learning tool! I got all the lights on it last night and made sure it was on when the babies got up this morning. Exclaiming over it's beauty, the girls couldn't be torn away from it for about a half an hour. Josie spent the time counting lights and telling me and her sisters the colors of each one. She was even right, most of the time . . .
I did have to snip a couple of the branch ends off, though. Poor Katie thought that the baby pine cones that were there were actually bugs and she didn't want to go near them.
