Discovery

Katie learned to point quite a while ago, but for the last week she's been pointing at everything. Her favorite game is to point at something, let out a long, sweet, high pitched "uuh", and then look at me, waiting for me to give a label to whatever caught her attention. She especially likes to do this with photographs. We could eat up whole afternoons playing this game!

Josie enjoys the same game with a picture, but she hasn't expanded it to other objects yet, though she happily watches Katie point and listens to my answers.
