They love my pancakes. I'm always making them dollar sized ones and then ripping them up for them anyway. So why don't I just make a big one and rip it up? Actually, I found a better, much more fun, solution.
A turkey baster!
Yup! I use a turkey baster to drop little bits of batter on my pan and I make about a dozen little baby sized pancakes at a time. By the time I'm done dropping them, it's time to flip them and then remove them. Very quick for the impatient ones in their highchairs! (Tip: Make your batter just a little thinner than usual to help it flow well in your baster!)

I just might try that!
Sounds cute, but way too tedious for me.
Also, I don't own a turkey baster.
If you don't have a turkey baster, than I guess you're out of luck, but the tedium of the doing (which isn't that bad) is well worth the look of joy and squeals of excitement over the "whole" pancakes they now get to eat! I think it added just a minute or two to my pancake making time. Not bad.
