I sat at the computer, catching up on everyones blogs, while the children played in the living room. I grew mildly concerned when I realized just how quiet they were being. There was no music from their noisy toys, no chatter between the twins, no laughter. 'They must be concentrating on something' thought I. Just as I stood to go see what they were up to I heard thunk. Moving a little faster, I arrived at the dining room table to find my dear little ones with a bowl at their feet, the floor littered with mess and a barbecued potato chip in each chubby little hand.
They happily munched their stolen snack while I cleaned up the rest of the mess on the floor. Katie watched me while she stared at her hands. I'm convinced she was trying to find a way to hold more before I could whisk them all away. Dear Katie, that was quite enough salt in your hands already!

that's my girls - ever resourceful.
I have a picture of Meg, about 18 months, eating an entire loaf of bread. Just before dinner, she got hungry, I guess, and pilfered a loaf and she started munching on one end. I love that picture and that memory!
precious moments. infuriating at the time, but humorous as well.
Did I mention that this is nicely written? Well done! Good puntuation (but not excellent), spell checker seems to have been used, and I could imagine the whole scene quite vividly. Now, we just have to get you to post more often! I know, I know, babies everywhere. Love you.
