I usually don't start getting into the Christmas mood until after Thanksgiving, but this year, I've been excited about Christmas since almost a month before Halloween! I think part of it is because I have my wonderful, growing family to share it with this year, but also, I've been planning for it financially and logistically for quite a while. Now that the plans are all in place, I'm dreaming of a beautiful Christmas holiday.
In fact, I think I'm going to go bake some Biscotti, our traditional Christmas cookie around here (does it count as a tradition if you've only done it two years in a row? Well, it will be three years in a row by this afternoon!)

If it is something you do either alone or with family it is a tradition even if it is only a few years!
