While skimming an article today, these words stuck out at me "All three presidential candidates . . ."

You mean this is it?
We all know that America doesn't seem to have the courage to vote for someone outside the two major parties, but really. Is it possible that there are only three possible choices?
In fact there are a lot of choices out there and I think they might bear some serious review. If you, like me, can't stomach the thought of choosing from the only three candidates that the media wishes to acknowledge, take a quick look at this site. They have a current and comprehensive list of candidates from all parties including those that haven't managed to get on a ballot! There are links to each candidates site and it's a great starting place for finding a good alternative in November.

Yes, but the simple fact is that it won't matter come November. As to voting outside the mainstream, there are two schools of thought, and I am still uncertain where I stand on the issue.
The first is to use your vote to benefit whichever mainstream candidate is the lesser of two evils. They are all evils, but which one is less evil? How can we use our votes to minimize the damage that will be done to our nation?
The second is to vote your conscience, thereby making a statement about what you believe in, but also, quite probably, helping the greater of two evils to get into office, but you'd have probably voted for the other guy if you went with option number 1.
Looks like we're between a rock and a hard place.
I meant that to read:
