Katie slept very well until about 4:00 in the morning. She was very good about it though . . . she was wide awake when I went in and gave her a pacifier. I put some music on for her very low and she put herself back to sleep, or so I thought . . . She actually spent the next hour dozing (I know, cause I was up every 15 minutes making her happy). When she finally had enough aroung 5:00 I decided to try some food. I really didn't want to because I thought maybe she would start waking up for a snack all the time, but if the girl is hungry, I don't want to make her suffer! So . . . 6 oz of formula later, she was sound asleep again.
I'm not sure why she suddenly needs food in the middle of the night again . . . Maybe I need to be doing more solid foods during the day than I am . . . I will experiment and see what works for my growing baby!

sounds like our Katie might just be growing.
Love Mommy
I've read that giving some fruit or cereal or high protein food right before bed might help too. But a thick bottle in the middle of the night might work as well! Don't feel bad about it. It'll all work out in the end.
