New homes for my old things . . .

I have been using FreeCycle and CheapCycle to find homes for some of my old things and it is such a fun thing to do! Tonight, I think I've found someone who wants to buy my old Chickering piano and fix it up! I'm so glad that it will have a happy home where it will be loved and appreciated and played! I've also managed to sell a spare couch, and a woman is coming to take an old T.V. stand off our hands too! This works so much better than e-bay. When people request things, you start thinking . . . yeah . . . I have that and I don't need it. And slowly your house starts looking pretty good with all that extra stuff gone. . . and boy do we have a lot of extra stuff. How did we get it all, I wonder? It amazes me that with our lack of funds to obtain things, we still have lots of things . . . and most of it is useless to us! I do believe that's all starting to change now . . . Wahoo!!
