Better sleep for my babies

I've been pretty good at anticipating the girls napping needs lately and it's working great. They go to sleep much faster and with hardly a fuss when they aren't overtired. And bedtime happens a half hour earlier than it used to and they go to bed with smiles and giggles instead of complaining so much.

Amazingly, they are able to sleep better through our noisy neighbors, too! (I have trouble sleeping through them still . . .)

Sometimes, when they're having so much fun, you just want to let them play and play. Until they get to that grumpy stage and then it's too late. So I guess part of the whole parenting gig is knowing when playtime should be over. . . even if it's before they want it to be over.

I'm trying to be better about that too. I think Angie just needs a lot more napping time than what I think she needs.
