Vacation: The Windy Day

I knew rain was coming and I wanted to get the kids out to the beach one more time if I could. So, despite the mounting winds and the angry sea, Kissie Grandma and I took them to play in the sand.

Despite Grandmas jacket, it wasn't really that cold. It wasn't as warm as it had been, of course, and it was seriously windy. So after about an hour or so we packed it in and went back to the house. I was glad we did it, though, because the kids had a wonderful time and they got to bond a little with Grandma.
